BUILDING · BY ROLE · REACT
Senior React engineers.
Vetted, then yours to approve.
React engineers from Latin America who join your team on your hours, screened on what senior actually means in React: state architecture, rendering discipline, and production ownership. You interview and approve every one.
WHAT SENIOR MEANS IN REACT
Anyone can render a component. Seniors own the consequences.
“Knows React” is the least useful line on a résumé: React has been the most widely used front-end framework for years,1 so everyone claims it. The screen has to separate people who use the framework from people who can be handed a product surface and trusted with it.
HOW THE FOUR STAGES APPLY
Same four stages. React-shaped.
Every Navta engineer clears four stages before reaching your calendar: code, system design, working English, references. For React roles the first two are run against the brief you set: your stack, your rendering model, your constraints. The model is embedded engineers, and the hours are yours (computed here).
THE QUESTIONS HIRING MANAGERS ASK
Short answers, specific.
React only, or full-stack?
You set the brief. Senior front-end engineers routinely carry API and data-layer work, but “does React plus some Node” and “owns the front end of a product” are different roles (the first is closer to a full-stack brief). The brief decides which one we screen for, and the shortlist reflects it.
What about Next.js, or our particular stack?
Stack specifics go in the brief and get screened against directly: the code stage runs on exercises shaped like your codebase. What we won’t do is wave a certification at you. The interview you run is the proof that matters.
How fast can a React engineer start?
Shortlist in days once the brief is set. Your interviews run at the speed of your calendar, and a start follows within days of approval, plus any notice period the engineer owes. First week: your repos, your standups, your review rhythm.
Who owns the code they write?
You do. The work happens in your repositories from day one, under one contract with Navta, Inc. governed by US law, with assignment language that says what it should. Nothing to migrate, nothing held hostage.
